He was the formerCo-owner/vice president of sales and engineering for Magnus Manufacturing, a world-class manufacturer of aerospace, medical and industrial components, for 25 years.

Randal Simonetti is a highly experienced marketing, advertising, media and reputation management executive with experience in the public, private, government, non-profit, sports and entertainment sectors. He is the Founder and CEO of Ignition Consulting and Powerhouse Cinema. Randal has appeared on ABC Nightline, and regularly interfaces with NBC, ABC, CBS and Fox News affiliates. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Washington Post and USA Today. He was also the co-host of the nationally syndicated radio talk show, “Lawyers, Who Needs Them?” He is the author of numerous published articles on crisis communications, reputation management, branding, global marketing and post-merger integration.

John has worked closely with companies that need business or physical plant reorganization, plant expansion, equipment acquisitions and debt restructuring since 1995. He has developed a unique expertise in turnaround management, advising financially troubled and distressed companies, and working with insolvent companies to become solvent. John specializes in tax and management-advisory services for closely held and publicly traded corporations, as well as partnerships and limited liability companies. He serves clients in the manufacturing, construction, wholesale distribution, and large retail business sectors. He also advises company owners and executives on compensation, individual tax and estate planning as well as mergers and acquisitions. In 1998, John founded the accounting firm of, Daitz, Rice & Gillette, and LLP, which later merged with the EFPR Group. John has served on the executive management committee of the EFPR Group and presently with Thaney & Associates, CPA’s.
